New Posting Style + Some Craft

Hi All. I know, I haven't posted in quite sometime. You know what I've realized? I don't enjoy writing up long winding posts of each and every detail of the restaurant experience.
Short and sweet is more my style.
So I am starting something new and it's better for both me and you. Less is more and a concise post with a few photos will always do the trick. And there's a lot to be said about a restaurant with little words.
Look out for a lot more posts. I have a lot to catch up on and some great photos to go with it.

First up is Craft, Tom Colicchio's classic restaurant. The food was excellent and the service staff were trained professionals who were helpful and extremely attentive. Craft had some of the most unbelievable and well prepared fresh vegetables sourced from local and organic farms. Something I haven't been able to really say for quite some time. My salmon wasn't spectacular but I was willing to let that slide because everything else was.

There is a selection of mushrooms to order.
These are the Hen of Woods and they were to-die-for!
Hamachi & Green Apple Tuna App
Fresh and literally dissolved in the mouth.
Crispy Jerusalem Artichokes

Great for: groups, families, celebrations, foodies, a quality meal that will always deliver
